The April meeting’s entertainment was a presentation by Randy Glucksman (ERA #3213) and his son Marc (ERA #6077) featuring many diverse locales, some never seen at a Division meeting, such as the Israel Railways. Third Avenue Railway System streetcars were seen at the Vienna (Austria) Streetcar Museum, the Crych Museum in the UK, and the Branford and Seashore Museums. In addition, we viewed the transit scene in several European cities such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Budapest, Frankfurt, Geneva, Munich, Milan, Neuchatel and Zurich. There were a few surprises, including some of the cities in Poland where the ERA visited in May.
