The August meeting will feature a presentation by Glenn S. Lunden, manager, Rail Systems Planning of MTA New York City Transit. Since NYCT’s last visit in 1996, many things have happened, including the start of construction on the Second Avenue Subway. At this meeting, we will receive an update on NYCT’s plans for new construction and we will have an opportunity to ask questions. Please get to the meeting quickly, because it will start on time at 7:15 PM. However, if there is time, a short slideshow will follow this presentation.
