This meeting is one of our two biennial in-person meetings (the other one being the Annual Meeting in November). This meeting will be held at: Manducatis Restaurant, 13-27 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, NY

Doors open at 6 pm and feature a cash bar, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm. Jeff’s presentation follows dinner. The price is right for this meeting — free to all paid up ERA members. Any attending member may bring one guest. We have a maximum of 50 places for dinner so reserve your spot by emailing Treasurer Mike Glikin at [email protected] or call him at (917) 714-7087. The deadline for reservations is Friday July 26th or when all places are reserved, whichever comes first. So don’t delay, book today!

Presenting: Yury Maller

Last spring, ERA Treasurer Mike Glikin led a traction tour of Northern England, Scotland and the Isle of Man.  ERA Board Director Yury Maller will present a spectacular photo journey of our visits through all the cities and systems visited. They included Edinburgh & Glasgow in Scotland; Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool, Birmingham as well as the extensive heritage railway network in the idyllic Isle of Man (1893 coast line trolley, turn of the 20th century mountain railway, operating steam railway, and city horse-drawn streetcar line).  There’s much more to the United Kingdom than just London!  Yury will show our assembled members what our group of 35 saw.  If you enjoy this show, then join us for our planned 2028 tour of Balkans and Vienna!
