NJ BUS FEST & PHILLY PCC | September 14, 2024

We welcome you to our fnal trip of the year, on a comfortable Coach Tours bus to visit the following places of interest:

The famous Historic Bus Festival, hosted by the Friends of the NJTHC at St.Veronica's Church in Howell, New Jersey! Lots of historic buses from the collection, as well as visiting equipment and NJ Transit bus surprises can be found here as well! Sales tables and snacks will be available.
Walter Rand Transportation Center in Camden where NJT Buses, River Line light-rail and PATCO subway trains will be available for inspection.
In search of recently-restored PCC cars, we will make a stop along the Route 15 - Girard Avenue Line for photos

No dinner stop will be made. We expect to return to Metropark at 6:30 p.m. and PABT at 7:15 p.m. Please join us for a nice ride to New Jersey and Philadelphia!

Rules and Information

No smoking on any bus or at any transit facility at any time!
Ear plugs must be used on radios or other sound equipment.
NO REFUNDS are possible. Please be ON TIME so you will not miss the bus.
Equipment may be substituted if the advertised bus is unavailable.
MNYBA/MBS may alter the itinerary if conditions warrant.
Reservations must be made in advance by using the coupon on the trip flyer above.
Spaces are usually NOT available on trip day. Reserve early!
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

The Electric Railroaders Association is a non-profit educational organization consisting of people from all walks of life interested in the history and progress of electric railways.

The ERA was founded August 15, 1934 by Edwin Jay (E.J.) Quinby, 1894-1981.
